Everyone has the ability to reprogram their thoughts and behaviours for more desirable and beneficial ones, gain insights from other dimensions, channel, and tune into there higher selves and bring forward information that will help them.

Our minds are powerful tools of creation, our thoughts create all that we experience in this life. Mastering such a powerful but often neglected part of our humanness really is the key to all transformation we wish to see in our lives and our being. Change really does start in our thoughts. Two methods used for these purposes are Meditation and Hypnosis.

So, what is the difference between guided meditation and hypnosis?

Meditation - There are many different approaches to meditation, however, most appear to involve a suspension of conscious thought via a focusing of attention, with the goal of attaining a state described as “thoughtless awareness”. In this space and with practice we are able to concentrate left-brain focus and at the same time to have our right brain, our creative side, open and intuitive. From this space of relaxed openness, we are able to 'plugin' to higher realms of consciousness and receive valuable insight, cultivate calm awareness, physical healing, manifest our dreams and receive inspiration and divine guidance from our higher selves and so much more that can help us navigate our journey.

Hypnosis - Hypnosis is a natural trance-like state or altered state of consciousness that we all experience many times, every day of our lives. Hypnotherapy is therapy conducted under hypnosis. A Hypnotist or hypnotherapist uses specific suggestions, words and/or touch in order to guide the participant into a type of hypnotic state of concentrated and focused attention, allowing the suggestions to enter the subconscious mind. Once in a state of hypnosis, the participant is able to take control over any involuntary thoughts, behaviour or feelings taking place in the sub-conscious, access unconscious memories from this life or other lives, address physical ailments and their route causes and access the quantum realms of unlimited knowledge. In this way, we are able to access the information needed to make the changes we want to see in our lives.
